FlatNotebook Question

Is there a way to set it to hide the tabs if there is only one. This
was a major reason I was using NoteBookCtrl. I am switching because I
like the look of the tabs in FlatNotebook better, but I need to be
able to hide them if there is only 1

Nothing has been done to support that feature, though it wouldn't be
so complicated to add it. Patches are welcome as usual

Ok I'll look into it and see what I can come up with.

Ok I came up with something, it "works" but has two issues I cannot
figure out how to resolve.

1) When the Page Container hides it does not redraw the window to
reduce the size until you change the style. You can reproduce this by
creating a new tab in the Demo then selecting "Hide Page Container
when only one Tab" from the Edit menu. You will see that the tab is no
longer drawn but the main panel did not resize. Now if you select a
different style (does not mater what) it will resize the panel
reflecting the fact that the tab is hidden like it should be

2) When you unset the Hide on One Tab style it does not redraw the tab
until a new page is added
