FlatImageBook and RemovePage

Hello,

is there a specific reason that FlatImageBook does not have a RemovePage() method or is it just missing?

No, there is no specific reason for that, I just overlooked it. I am
updating the source right now together with the window styles
information for all the AGW widgets. If I can finish by today I'll
upload the source, otherwise it will be next week.

Now there is a RemovePage method for LabelBook and FlatImageBook in
wxPython SVN.
