I tried with 2.6.0.0 and 2.6.1.1 (on Windows),
you mean the common dialog?
It seems to work fine in the demo (console output):
first click or enter key: FIND
the second, third: FIND_NEXT
No need to click twice:
I must click twice on my machine, also in the demo:
WinXP
Python 2.3.6
wxPython 2.6.1 (and several previous versions)
