I know it’s usually a good practice to type them codes by hand, but I want to know (and try out) an editor with Drag-n-Drop.
Ease of access is also another preference, but tough ones are welcome too.
I know about SPE, but are there any other too? And since I could work quite well with SPE, my preference is something of similar or better, umm, quality.
So plz suggest me some good editors! And have a nice day!
I'm not sure, but I think you mean more than just a code editor...do you
mean an IDE and a GUI builder? In other words, a way to build your
wxPython application, with all its widgets, by dragging widgets onto a
design window and it will write the wxPython code for you?
I still sometimes use circa 2007 era Boa Constructor 0.6.1, which only
works with Python 2.5 (and, possibly only wx 2.8.x), but which is sometimes
fine for my purposes (and at this point I use it more as an IDE than a GUI
builder).
wxFormBuilder was updated on SourceForge on 11/27/13, so that's pretty
recent.
Looks like wxDesigner hasn't been updated since summer 2010.

I have been trying out wxFormBuilder, it has been fairly easy to use so far, I have not personally tried the other two suggest by Che M.

Yes, that was indeed my question.
Thanks for the response! I’ll try the wxFormBuilder then.
- Eclipse + PyDev plugin for my Python development, coding phase.
- wxFormBuilder: for design interfaces/windows in graphical mode
- CodeDesigner: for design my models and create python code based on it
All of these tools are uptodate and work fine, multiplatform, free and opensource.
