Two shorts comments:
- I mainly work oscillo to test Timers and not my graphic lib.
- Just tested now with Python 2.5.1 and wxPython 2.8.6.0-ansi. It seems to
be still ok.

it works indeed now,
I'll report my results.

The problem of beeing an hobbyist programmer....
.. I'm a hobbyist programmer too,
and it would not be a bad idea to have more of them
The best programs I've seen were developed by either non-programmers (namely the end-users),
or programmers that were forced to use their own programs (so users again)
