Differences running wxPython on WinCE vs WinXP

I found a link to a port of wxPython looking through the archives of the
PythonCE mail list (The PythonCE Archives). For
example, there is this posting:

and more recently this one:

Brian Retford seems to be our hero. I'm not sure where the latest version
is posted.

Unfortunately I never received any patches or updates from Brian for the changes he did to allow WinCE builds of wxPython. (Or if I did then I lost them.)
