Hi,
I am using messageDialog. The code is given below:
dlg = wx.MessageDialog(None,“You dont have
sufficient priviliges!”, ‘787 RPC:Error’,
wx.OK|wx.ICON_EXCLAMATION)
dlg.CenterOnParent()
res = dlg.ShowModal()
dlg.Destroy()
This dialog box does not pop up at the centre of the
parent frame instead it occupies alwyas the centre of the screen irrespective
of the position of the frame.
Regards,
Rajendra

Rajendra,
the first arg of wx.MessageDialog is the parent. You choose None, so the parent is the sceen.
If you want an other frame to be the parent you have to repale None by this frame.
regards
Christophe

I'm sure the problem is that you have misspelled "don't" and
"privileges"...
Christophe gave you the right answer.
