change attributes of one object (circle, rectangle) on change in others

Hi,
Suppose I have two rectangle at some distance, if I move one rectangle
about 30 pixels in x-axis the other rectangle length should increase
by 30 pixels. Please someone help me with the code. thanks in adv.
