The id=109863 page is about a problem with the <pre> tag, which
turned out to be a more general wxHtmlWindow problem and not a
problem with the <pre> tag. (My pages do not use the <pre> tag.)
And so what? The page clearly states that it is *not* <pre> problem.
My bet is that your page uses tables, but of course it's impossible
to say for sure because you didn't show it. But surely you can open
the file in text editor and verify if the bug report is relevant to
it yourself, can't you?
