I have a question related to Boa Constructor, sometimes I frame designed
icon on is not present on the tool bar at the top of the Editor window.
So I can't reach Designer window.
Is this a kinda bug or what?

it usualy means that Boa cannot understand your source code, so you have
changed something that means it cannot find it's own 'structure' within your
code, and therefore cannot reverse-engineer it to allow the frame designed to
work.
you have to be quite carefull not to modify things that it says not to modify.
