Google shows that the issue has been around for a long time and it appears to be coming from Gnome Print or CUPS. I expect that wx is assuming that a paper size of "Letter" (the US standard paper size) is available on all systems but on yours either libgnomeprint or CUPS is complaining about it. You should be able to safely ignore this warning.
