About wx.html.HtmlEasyPrinting class with wxpython demo example.

Hi wxPython community.

First question :
How to force the file save dialog to stay on top, by default, on all platforms ?

Second question :
How to set some margins without have to clic on the “Setup” button ? The margins by default are too large.

Third question :
Why the png pictures are she printed with a black background ? Transparency not managed.
