A piccie is worth a thousand words ?allowable

Often wondered what the rules are about sending piccies. Often when I post if
I sent a snap of what I had/wanted to acheive I'm sure others would grasp it
quicker than my shitty code.

Anyone know the rules?

Yeah - first, don't call them 'piccies'.

Then just post as compact a screenshot as you can. If the interesting
part is 100x100, don't post your entire 1280x1024 desktop.
