I downloaded Demos & Docs (on WinXP) (using wxPython 2.8), and when I try to open 'Other Docs' or 'Sample Apps' I get an error message saying:
"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing
this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel."
I would assume this means I don't have the program I need to open these two folders. Can anyone tell me what they were created in so I can get this problem corrected?? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance. . .And HAPPY THANKSGIVING to ALL!!!
BTW, the Demos and other tools are AWESOME!!! So cool. Thanks to whoever created them (Robin?). And many thanks for those who contribute to this help group.

Both should be shortcuts to folders on your hard drive - try right click
"Open folder location"

They are just shortcuts to folders that were part of the install. It shouldn't take anything but Windows Explorer to open them. If all else fails however you can just navigate to the folders in Program Files or wherever you installed them.
