2.8.1.1 Documentation on Intel Mac

Guys,
On a MacBook Pro running 10.4.8 and a recent installation of wxPython 2.8.1.1, the documentation viewer wxDocsViewer quits when doing two operations.

  1. after OKing the About box.

  2. more seriously, at the end of a search.

If anybody needs more info I am happy to provide.

Thanks for a great system (and book) which I am gradually coming to grips with.

I've seen the problem with search on other platforms too, but the exit from the About dialog is new and very weird. I've asked about it on wx-dev.
