I took a very quick look at 2.5.5.0pre.20050326

wxGrid: Hitting the F2 key on an empty cell throws a "W" in the
freshly opened GridCellEditor.

How about rc3?

I don't see it in a msw-ansi build. I try some other combinations.

Oops, I take that back. I Was testing with the wrong version of wxPython. I don't get a "W" but some weird character I don't recognise. I'll dig into the debugger and get it fixed.
